USPS Regulations
What are the size requirements for EDDM mailers?
To qualify for EDDM Retail pricing, your mailer must be considered a "Flat." This means it must meet at least one of the following minimum requirements:
- More than 10.5" long
- More than 6.125" high
- More than .25" thick
Pro-tip: Our most popular size is the 9" x 12" premium mailer, which maximizes visual impact and visibility in the mailbox.
Is there a minimum or maximum quantity?
Yes. USPS regulations for EDDM Retail require a minimum of 200 pieces per mailing or the full quantity of a single carrier route. The daily maximum is 5,000 pieces per ZIP code, per day. We handle the bundling and documentation for any quantity you require.
